しんじょう
Purchased at Osakasake Square (...omg...omg...omg...omg...omg...omg...)
This is Naniwa Masamune's sake with local rice.
Very mellow and ripe taste.
Light acidity and freshness, with a hint of astringency and spiciness.
It was expensive for me, as I tend to drink mostly honjozo and regular sake, but I was drunk and I liked it, so I bought it immediately.
It also goes well with warmed sake. It has a mellow, rich, and soft taste.
