It is very light and has a slightly grainy taste.
When you taste it, you can feel the dryness of the taste.
It goes well with warmed sake and has just the right amount of umami.
Today is a terrible New Year's Eve with horse races, hot springs, sake, singing, and old men in general, and the disparity with those who go on trips and post about the sake they drank at inns is enormous, but it is the strongest combo for me personally.
