This sake is made from terraced rice fields in Kamikatsu, the smallest town in Shikoku.
It is fruity with a strong alcohol taste (16-17%). You can really feel that you are drinking sake! You can really feel that you are drinking sake. It goes well with Japanese food.
It is also dry and dry! I love it!
*There were so many dishes that I could only record one dish from the beginning. Boiled eggplant and soaked edamame with pepper
No Gen" @ Ebisu
No harsh taste, with a subtle bitterness and a good sharpness!
A magnificent impression. Is this the Hiroshima way?
It went perfectly with fried food!
Sakeya no Gen @ Ebisu
The aroma is light, and, ummmm!
The aroma is light, but the flavor is very good. (I'm so sorry I don't have the vocabulary.)
Purchased at a certain izakaya (liquor store) in Soshigaya-Okura, Tokyo.
The owner of the izakaya is very particular that he only puts in sake that he thinks is good, so there are many kinds of Daishinshu.
When I requested "I'm looking for something like Hakurakusei...", he recommended this Summer Sarasara.
A big hit! The label is nice and the color is perfectly clear.
The color is perfectly clear and the wine is as fresh and clean as it looks, perfect for summer! The slight acidity is pleasant. It is -2 but not sweet and fruity.
Eiko-Fuji's Fuji Brewery seems to suit me.
Beautiful sweet taste. 100% Tsuyahime. We had it cooled down to the perfect temperature.
We requested a 300ml bottle recommended as a souvenir at Kanamori Sake Shop near Yamagata Station, which has a wide selection of products. The naming is also stylish. It is easy to drink and has a subtle rice flavor, just as they say it is popular among women. I would definitely buy it again if I could find it again.
Sake from Yamagata and Miyagi is beautiful and delicious.
Matsushima-cho, Miyagi
It is limited to Mutoya, a liquor store with its main store in Matsushima-cho, Miyagi Prefecture, and also has a store at Sendai Station.
It has a subtle sweetness and just the right amount of rice flavor, but not too sweet or too rich, which I like very much.
Of course, it goes well with eel (sauce), which my tired body craves.
This time I had a 300ml bottle for myself, but there is also a four-pack bottle.
