Purchased at a certain izakaya (liquor store) in Soshigaya-Okura, Tokyo.
The owner of the izakaya is very particular that he only puts in sake that he thinks is good, so there are many kinds of Daishinshu.
When I requested "I'm looking for something like Hakurakusei...", he recommended this Summer Sarasara.

The color is perfectly clear and the wine is as fresh and clean as it looks, perfect for summer! The slight acidity is pleasant. It is -2 but not sweet and fruity.
Eiko-Fuji's Fuji Brewery seems to suit me.

Beautiful sweet taste. 100% Tsuyahime. We had it cooled down to the perfect temperature.
We requested a 300ml bottle recommended as a souvenir at Kanamori Sake Shop near Yamagata Station, which has a wide selection of products. The naming is also stylish. It is easy to drink and has a subtle rice flavor, just as they say it is popular among women. I would definitely buy it again if I could find it again.
Sake from Yamagata and Miyagi is beautiful and delicious.
