Slightly effervescent! Sweet, but with a slightly spicy aftertaste. It was easy to drink and I personally liked it because it felt like summer. It was a shame that I had to leave it after the firing was gone. It was a drink that should have been consumed while it was still firing.

Summer sake. Dry! It's been a while since we've had a dry sake. It goes well with meals, so it's a good dry sake. It's good for a refreshing drink on a hot day.

I opened it a while ago, but I didn't post it. This is a continuation of Ginpu. This one has more of a pineapple juice feel than the Ginpu! I'd rather have the sake by itself than a bad snack. It tastes like ripe pineapple juice, but I don't know if it's because it's directly pumped or if it's the rice... My friend said that Yamada Nishiki is also quite pineapple, so I'm curious about the reason for the difference. I drank two bottles in four months, so I think it's a good idea to buy it in a bottle for a while, but I'd like to try another one with different rice after a while.

This is an unusual sake that the specs are not disclosed because we want you to drink it by feeling it, not by thinking about it. It has a sweet taste and a strong flavor. But it has a certain taste. I've only drunk it cold, but I think I'll try it with soda next time.

Sweet! I thought I'd been drinking a lot of sweet drinks lately, but this is one of the sweetest. Basically, I'm the kind of person who drinks sake with a snack, but this one doesn't even need a snack. It's not a dessert wine, but a dessert sake (Hanayo-yoku is also in this category). I read that you can compare it with Dioabita, so I'll buy Dioabita next time!

I opened it a while ago, but it was another sweet and delicious sake! I often choose limited edition sakes based on the rankings here, but this one was also delicious! It was my favorite. It's good without garnish, and I could have gone with any kind of garnish. There are a lot of sake that go well with western food these days. Personally, Aizan from Sono-Sangiku and Hououmita from this time are competing for the top spot in my favorites. It looks like my declaration will be extended again, so I'll have to stock up on some new sake.

Fresh, light, with sweetness and a hint of bitterness. It is easy to drink. The sake flavor isn't that strong, so it might be easy for women to drink. I can't help but drink more and more, but I wonder what kind of snacks go well with it.

I got this Kaze no Mori because I wanted to drink something from Aizan. The cork popped when I opened it! It's bubbly and fruity, but it has a complex taste. It's sweet and bitter. It's a "strange" taste, but that's my personal feeling. I'm looking forward to drinking it again in a few days.

This is the Nougaku Genshu that we received as a return for our crowdfunding support. Because it's unpasteurized sake, it was probably easiest to drink with soda as recommended (but with a higher ratio of unpasteurized sake). If you drink too much soda, the taste of the sake is hatena. I thought it was possible to drink it as is, but maybe I've been drinking too much good sake lately, and I honestly thought I'd rather drink something else. But the fact that it's in a can and that it tastes good even when it's cracked is an advantage. If it wasn't for the Corona, I'd be happy with the option of drinking it out with soda.

My first hana-yasumi! Pineapple indeed, if you ask me. From what I've seen from other people, I'm not sure if Ginpu is that strong of a pineapple. I heard that some of my friends call it pineapple juice, but this Ginpu was not that strong. I'm not sure if it's the rice or the origarami. It's fruity-sweet, but has a strong aftertaste. I've been experimenting with different foods to see what goes best with it, but today's best was iburi-gakko and cream cheese. Postscript. Avocado goes well too! I'm starting to think it would go well with white wine.

The mouthfeel is slightly sweet and the taste is dry with a slight bitterness. It has a nice sake feeling. I only drank it quickly before going to bed today, but it seems to go well as a sake during meals. Let's try out different kinds of sake before we finish drinking it. The dry sake is strong enough to go with any food. It was delicious with sushi!

I had a brick of the three bottles that my friend got from KURAND's sake gacha. It's so light! It's sweet, but not too sweet, and it goes down easy. It's a bit lighter than what I've been drinking lately, but it's very easy to drink, and I'm sure it's easy to drink even if you're new to sake. For better or worse, it's too easy to drink, so it's not suitable for drinking in small batches. LOL!

Lightly fizzy and refreshing. It looks like spring, and it would be good to drink at cherry blossom viewing. At first it's refreshingly sweet, but there's also a bitter aftertaste. But overall, it was a fruity and easy to drink sake.

This time we tried a sake that we didn't know anything about. It's a junmai-shu from Kidoizumi Shuzo called Honengahara. It is said to be the place where Musashi Miyamoto trained. I tried it cold at first, but it was delicious lukewarm. It's a little sour and a little astringent, but it's light! I don't know what it is when it's cold. I'm not sure if it's sake or not. It was almost like a whiskey with a different taste. It seems to be called "high temperature Yamahai brewing".

Sweet! It's a quick drink. The first sip had a strong sweetness to it, but from the second sip on, it was easy to drink. The only sakes we can compare at home right now are Shinsei and Aizan, so compared to those, it tastes like a solid sake! But compared to other sake, I think it goes down easy.

I love it! That's one word for it. It was fizzing when I opened it. It's easy to drink and slightly sweet. It's not fruity or overpowering, so even those who don't like sake will find it easy to drink. This was my first Aizan sake! It's no wonder it's limited. I just happened to know about it and was able to buy it by chance, but I would recommend it. I thought the same thing about the Shinsei, but I'd like to try some of the other sake here.

I drank it with Yakitori and it was refreshing without losing the taste. Dry! I've been drinking Shinsei lately so I feel it has a strong aftertaste, but this was a bad comparison. I felt it went well with food that had a strong flavor!

Shinsei no lapis. It's so light that I find myself sipping on it. There are days when it's too light and not enough, but I like both the drinkability and the taste. It's a bit fizzy. It's a little bit different from other sake. It's more like wine.
