ゆきちゃ
This time we tried a sake that we didn't know anything about.
It's a junmai-shu from Kidoizumi Shuzo called Honengahara. It is said to be the place where Musashi Miyamoto trained.
I tried it cold at first, but it was delicious lukewarm. It's a little sour and a little astringent, but it's light!
I don't know what it is when it's cold. I'm not sure if it's sake or not. It was almost like a whiskey with a different taste.
It seems to be called "high temperature Yamahai brewing".
