It's so light! It's sweet, but not too sweet, and it goes down easy. It's a bit lighter than what I've been drinking lately, but it's very easy to drink, and I'm sure it's easy to drink even if you're new to sake.
For better or worse, it's too easy to drink, so it's not suitable for drinking in small batches. LOL!
