It's a quick drink. The first sip had a strong sweetness to it, but from the second sip on, it was easy to drink.
The only sakes we can compare at home right now are Shinsei and Aizan, so compared to those, it tastes like a solid sake! But compared to other sake, I think it goes down easy.
