The mouthfeel is slightly sweet and the taste is dry with a slight bitterness. It has a nice sake feeling.
I only drank it quickly before going to bed today, but it seems to go well as a sake during meals. Let's try out different kinds of sake before we finish drinking it.
The dry sake is strong enough to go with any food. It was delicious with sushi!
