It is thick. We had "Asaikai" from Morioka city in Iwate prefecture. It is a basic, traditional sake made with only water and rice. In a good way, it expresses the fermentation process of sake without refining the aroma of sake in a modern way. After that, a gorgeous sake fruity taste spreads in the mouth. It's an interesting sake for a world where people like clean sake nowadays.
By the way, we had Mapo Tofu as a snack. It was a delicious sake, so I would like to have it again. Thank you very much for the sake.
