Niigata's Echigo Sakura 🌸 by Echigo Sakura Brewery in Agano City Cherry blossoms in this gloomy summer season? And this is the best spring advance in Japan. I want to see cherry blossoms! Niigata is Japan's number one rice producing region. Expectations are high. When you take a sip, the taste is crisp and clean. After that, the flavor of the rice spreads throughout the mouth. I feel like I'm tasting the very best of Niigata. The crispness is not that strong, so even beginners can enjoy it! For a snack, try some high quality canned mackerel. The fat from the mackerel melted in the sake, and it tasted great. I love Niigata, but I haven't been able to go there lately... There are too many things I want to eat like sushi, soba noodles, curry at the bus center, Italian food, etc. I'll be heading to Niigata first thing when I get there.

So Echigo Sakura @ Niigata goes well with canned mackerel! Thanks to Shinkoro, this isn't going to happen, but I'd love to have a drink with Londo-san after I get a job and discuss sake. Canned mackerel and sushi at Sushiro is much more satisfying than going to Watami.

This time, I went to Sendai in Miyagi prefecture for company training. I was almost brainwashed by chanting "Our company is a family, our company is a family" for 5 hours. In fact, some of my classmates were brainwashed, and the executives took me to a nightlife area, but I escaped and went to a restaurant that had been recommended to me before. It's small and the service is good. This is a repeat customer. The sake is a combination of strength and delicacy, nurtured in the harsh cold of Tohoku. It's so good that I want to say "The Sake! I was so addicted to it that I drank too much. When I left the restaurant, I ran into my boss, who used to work at my store and was sent to the Tohoku branch after he ate a sweet potato he was given while entertaining a business partner without reading the atmosphere and said, "Hmm, it's not particularly delicious. He told me he'd buy me sushi, so I went with him, but I didn't expect to go to Fat Lo. And we split the bill. I splashed tea on his face and came back.

Hidakaya, Yuki no Matsushima, Ichinokura and Urakasumi are the representative sake of Miyagi. My left shoulder hurts after getting a corona vaccine, so I would like to forget the pain by drinking sake.

Sake from Kyoto "Takumi You may think that it is an elegant sake because it is called "the ancient capital", but surprisingly, you can feel the taste of rice and it is just like a sake. But it's not too heavy and it's light. It's delicious. Speaking of Kyoto, it is a school trip. When I was a student, we went there together. I remember that I experienced Zen meditation. When I was concentrating on mental unification, I suddenly opened my eyes and saw my friend across from me being tapped on the shoulder with a long stick. I thought that my friend was refreshed by the tap, but he felt itchy and his whole body was roaring like a slug. By the way, my homeroom teacher at that time also laughed at me behind my back. I wonder where the boy is now...

Nice to meet you londo! I liked the vibe of your post, so I followed you! Sounds like a drink that symbolizes Japan somehow! I'd love to taste it again while drinking sake that I couldn't at the time of my school trip.

On a school trip to Kyoto in junior high school, I was taken to a restaurant recommended by a taxi driver, and to my surprise, it was BIKKURI DONKEY! You're making fun of the Tochigi countrymen too much! But the cheeseburger dish I ate for the first time in my life was the most delicious.

Sake from Fukumitsuya in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture Kanazawa is my favorite city. Before a certain virus broke out, I used to visit there once every two or three months. When I go to Kanazawa, I eat, drink, sleep, eat and drink again, take a walk, and so on. Everything is delicious, isn't it? By the way, when I went there before, my companion had a green cake in Kanazawa. Is it spinach or something? It is a curious thing. This sake is so light that it seems to go well with such a cake. It is an excellent sake for eating. If it's summer, I'll drink it like water.

I used to be an assistant manager at the Hakui store.(^^) Another assistant manager (who looked like Kim Jong-nam) apparently called the manager's favorite green cake at a cake shop in Kanazawa a "green pepper 🫑" and suddenly I was sent to a cesspool store in Tohoku! (*´Д*)

Tanigawadake (谷川岳, Tanigawadake) is a mountain in the Mikuni Range on the Gunma-Niigata border. It is one of the 100 most famous mountains in Japan. The surrounding peaks of Mt. Mantaroyama, Mt. Sennokura, and Mt. Shigekura are collectively called the Tanigawa mountain range. Tanigawa-dake has a variety of climbing courses from beginner to advanced, and more than 40,000 climbers visit the mountain every year because it is easily accessible from Doai Station and it does not take much time to reach the summit, and several routes have been developed. It is also known as a mountain where many people are lost due to the many dangerous parts and the rapid climate change. It was written like this on a certain search site, so if you try it to see what it tastes like, it tastes surprisingly gentle. Rather than a mountain, it has a roundness like a burial mound and gently envelops you. Our ancestors must have fantasized about how they would like to sleep wrapped in this sake. This time I paired it with Japanese pasta. It's a good match. It goes well with garlic.

These are sold in supermarkets, aren't they! We have 3 corners reserved in our Jusco, but it's selling well. I thought it was Niigata's sake because it's Tanigawadake, but it's Gunma's sake, isn't it?

It was very smooth and refreshing on the tongue. The sweetness was like eating a cake, and the rice flavor that came after was very tasty. It was great when I paired it with the Joshu beef steak.

It was so refreshing and easy to drink that I thought it was water. The green color of the bottle is beautiful and the text is beautiful. Nice work.
