The next sake is Yoneyo Daiginjo from Akita Prefecture.
A mellow, dry sake, made entirely from flat polished rice,
I have no idea what he is talking about.
But it was delicious.
It cost about 800 yen (I believe), but it was very tasty.
Medium-bodied, no peculiarities, gorgeous aroma, and a strong ginjo aroma.
I would like to make this a regular drink.
I was having a hard time thinking about my job and went to have a drink with my wife's father, who was a plant manager at a fairly large company, to talk about his work. The father-in-law buys him a bottle of Kubota, but he says, "It's not cold, is it?" and he drinks the Yoneyo, which his father-in-law always drinks, over a pot of rice. I couldn't talk about the work I wanted to do, but I was glad that I could have a drink like this and went home alone.

I've been a little under the weather.

I bought it at a nearby Kyorindo.

The aroma is fruity.
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but it's a good thing. I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'm sure it's a good idea. Is it unusual for a Daiginjo to be dry? It's very interesting that sake changes slightly with temperature.

This is a famous sake from my hometown, Odate, Akita Prefecture. While making the most of the clear water, the pure rice malt is on full display. However, it does not forget to assert itself as a sake, and spreads the typical weight of sake in the mouth after passing through the throat.
