My favorite Katafune!
The mouthfeel is really mellow and the flavor of the rice spreads in your mouth. The aroma is subdued, but it also goes well with food!
Even though it is undiluted sake, it goes down easily, making it a dangerous sake.

Junmai Ginjo of Ituri.
I drank it chilled, and it's so mellow! It's really tasty and has no habits in a good way.
As it gets closer to room temperature, it also smells like flowers.

When I went to my local liquor store, I found this Kaze no Mori on sale. While buying some local sake, I couldn't help but buy this one as well.
When you put it in your mouth, the carbonation is amazing!
It's also full of the flavor of the rice because it hasn't been cut down too much, so it's really rice juice😁.
The last time I drank it was a daiginjo, but this one is also quite my favorite.
I'd love to buy it again, but it's a shame it's not sold anywhere near me!

This is my favorite Hishiko.
It's supposed to be dry, but it has a fruity aroma and when you put it in your mouth you can feel the juiciness, sweetness, and acidity! But it's not sweet, it has a bitter taste and the aftertaste is very dry.
I think it would be great with a meal!

Seasonal Hakkaisan Echigo de Saku. I drank the blue label last time and it was very good, so I tried the red label this time.
This one is a Junmai Daiginjo, and the aroma is very fruity and juicy like an original sake! It has a good balance of sourness, umami, and sweetness, which I like very much!
The alcohol content is 17.5 degrees, which is higher than normal, but it's so good that you can drink it very easily.
I will buy it again when I find it.

I got this sake from a friend in Fukushima. It seems to be a sake that has become the best in the world.

Yukiotoko雪室貯蔵 sakeyell

This is a blend of sake brewed for each rice (Koshitanrei, Yamadanishiki, Miyamanishiki, Omachi and Gohyakumangoku) and stored in "Tsururei no Yukimuro", which was to be sold as a long-matured sake in the future.
It's mellow, but it's dry and full of rice flavor, just like a snowman, very tasty!
I think it's the placebo effect, but it sure tastes like a lot of different things lol
By the way, I hope you have an enriching time with this drink and that it gives you the energy to take the next step, don't let Corona beat you to it! The brewery's name is a symbol of its commitment to the community.
