I bought this because I wanted to drink Omachi, and even more, I wanted to taste it with Kaze no Mori.
When I poured it into a glass, there were lots of tiny bubbles. Fruity aroma! The taste of the rice and the sweetness comes from there.
I found myself drinking more and more of it.

Daishinshu Summer Sarasara
This is my first experience with Hitogochi, a Nagano sake rice!
I thought it was just as smooth as I imagined it would be, but it has a great flavor and a tangy, dry taste that makes it a very tasty sake 😋.
It was great to drink it chilled ❄️.
