I've been drinking but not posting for a while. This is the first bottle of hiyaoroshi this year, albeit belatedly. It had been many years since I drank it... I only had a good memory of it, but it did not disappoint and had a classic rice flavor concentrated in it. It was delicious.

It has been a long time since I have had SENKYO. This time it was Kame no O. Delicious. Aroma like pear. Juicy. Finished off with some lemon flavored Buri Nigiri. I will buy it again.

This is a bottle that I passed up on the other day after having a hard time deciding between it and Harushibori. I bought a 300ml bottle to compare before I finish Harushibori. It is nice that there is a smaller size because I basically drink it by myself. The light nigori (slight nigori) taste makes the sweetness stand out.

Commemorating the completion of reading "Natsuko's Sake". I bought this one because the jungin I had seen before was not available and I was attracted by the word "spring". It is ideal for opening on the first day of spring. It has a refreshing taste followed by a slight bitterness.

I don't know if it's because it's been a few days since I opened the bottle, but it has a clean but sweet and umami taste. I can't describe it as something like anything, but it has a complex flavor with a hint of sweetness from sake.

Local Sake. I found it at my usual liquor store. I had never bought nigori sake before, but I gave it a try. Melon-like aroma, solid weight of unfiltered nigori, umami and sweetness. It was delicious.

It has been a long time since I have had Kaze no Mori. When I drank it before, I didn't like its hard and gaseous taste so much, but it was exquisitely delicious with a pleasantly fizzy taste, gentle acidity, and a hint of sweetness.
