Last day of the year with this sake
I bought this sake in Ishikawa in October.
When I was allowed to taste it, the unusual taste made me feel as if I had lost all memory of the sake I had had.
I immediately took a drink!
Fruity, sharp, and easy to drink. It is still delicious! This is one sake I would like to encounter again.
Omachi is brewed to premium Junmai Daiginjo standards with a rice polishing ratio of 39%. This liquid is the ultimate form of Kangiku, with its loveliness, deep sweetness, and complex flavor that shines through!
It is the best!
No doubt the bottle opening caution ⚠️. I was careless and peeled off the aluminum of the stopper and the stopper popped with a "pop".
The inside was fine.
From the moment you put it in your mouth, the beautiful sweet and milky taste spreads in abundance! Great impact!
It is still delicious!
Got my first Nabeshima!
Opened the bottle immediately!
Simple, clean, and fine, it is overflowing with amazing rice flavor! Easy to drink with a solid gasiness added!
From now on, I will repeat Nabeshima! No doubt about it!
supernatant
Fruity end, with a refreshing gasiness. Easy to drink and unstoppable.
Shake it twice.
The depth of flavor increases! It becomes a deeper sake. Delicious!
