First time trying out this Rumikonosake Junmai Ginjo. It appears slightly fruity and semi-sweet on the palate but ended with a crisp dry finish which entice you to drink more. Perfectly paired with herbal stewed pork ribs and roasted chicken. An ideal celebratory drink for Mother's Day dinner.

Simple but good Daiginjo sake. Its clean and crisp finishing coupled with fruity aromas pairs really well with Chinese cuisine especially salt baked chicken and braised fish head.

First drink for the new year. Let's hope for a smooth sailing year which is the same as the tasting notes of this sake, subtly fruity and ended with a crisp finishing.
