A wonderful sake from Born brewery for a Sushi Omakase session. Its fruity notes and semi-dry finishing is absolutely perfect for this occasion. Loved it.
My usual mid-week drinking. Kikusui Junmai Daiginjo never disappoint, love its fruity and full body notes coupled with a semi- dry finishing. Paired well with deep fried mackeral.

Extremely full body and fruity on the palate then, ended with a long finishing. It has aroma of apples and melons. A great purchase from a renowned brewery from Shizuoka and of course, it was delicious to pair with braised chicken and steamed seabass.

Visited a sake store in Taipei and got the chance to sip on this lovely Junmai Daiginjo. It has a fruity aroma on the nose, medium bodied and sharp finishing.
Second drink for the day, this time is with unagi feast as dinner. Its fruity and slightly sweet notes paired so well with the umami taste of the dishes served. It was an absolute wonderful night in Taiwan. Amazing!!
Went for Korean BBQ tonight. Paired it with Kokuryu Daiginjo. Absolutely delicious with its refreshing and clean finishing, coupled with lingering fruity notes. It was a great dinner with my sister.
My all time favourite daily drink sake, clean finishing and yet fruity notes. Nice pairing with normal dishes like steamed grouper fish, a perfect drink for a Monday evening.
