The rice polishing ratio is 33%, so it has a clean taste without any miscellaneous flavors. The aroma and sweetness can be felt at the same time, so I thought it was a good Kudokigayo.

Akatake AIR Uma! I wanted to try other Akatake, so I went to Junmaishu.
My impression was that the AIR was much lighter than the other two. It had a normal sake feel to it... but I could feel a fruity feel to it.
As I'm looking for a sake that doesn't taste like sake, I think I prefer the Kido.
