I bought it because I was lured by the word "summer limited edition". It's very refreshing, clear and watery. Of course, it has an aroma, a dry taste, and an alcoholic feel like sake. When I tried it with soda, it also had a faint sweetness.

I tasted the one I bought at Hankyu Department Store, which I liked because it was made with wine yeast. ...Sweet! Personally, it was too sweet for me, but the wide range made me think again how interesting sake is. (I'm glad I got the 300ml size...)

I drank Kido for the first time, and it was delicious. I also bought Kido. It's light, sweet, spicy, and disappears quickly. I was looking for a classic, and this was a great candidate!

I also tried the EAU DU DESIR to compare it with the SAUVAGE I drank the other day. When I first drank it, it had a strong sourness, and then an alcoholic feeling like sake. I thought it was different from what I was looking for, but when I put it in a wine glass, the temperature rose and I got a different impression. The freshness, the acidity, and then it seemed to disappear quickly.

First time, Jyoshito Kuheiji. The taste is light and clear, with a little sourness, and then it disappears.... In the middle, I felt some alcohol, which I don't like... but it disappeared quickly, which was interesting☺️.

I wanted to try some Kido, and this one caught my eye. It had a fruity aroma and a refreshing aftertaste, just what I was looking for in a sake. I wanted to buy a second bottle, so I went to the liquor store the next week, but they were sold out.... (That's where I met Akabuki AIR).

When I started drinking sake, I bought it anyway because it looked famous...and it was. It has the refreshing taste that I'm looking for, but I don't like the aftertaste because it feels like sake.
