The blue label is summery, special junmai sake from a brewery in northern Miyagi Prefecture. It is made from Sasanishiki, a Uruchi rice from Miyagi. It has a banana-like aroma and a strong umami taste of rice with a hint of sourness, making it a good summer sake 😊.
This year, too, the taste is stable🍶.
It has a strong umami, sweetness, and fruity taste (^-^), yet it's dangerous that you can drink it easily and smoothly.
This special junmai sake is made from 100% Miyagi Prefecture sake rice "Kuranohana". It has a soft, gentle sweetness and umami, and is refreshingly fruity 🍶.
Junmai Daiginjo made from 33% polished Miyagi rice, Sasanishiki. We are thankful to be able to enjoy this creation at a reasonable price. Of course it tastes good 🍶.
A year-round product of Urakasumi with a rice polishing ratio of 65. It is a sake that can be purchased at any convenience store in Miyagi.
It has a delicious rice flavor and a subtle fruity taste, and I quite like it as an everyday sake that can be enjoyed at any temperature.
It's also great value for money, with a four-pack going for only 1000 yen!
Shinzawa Brewery is a brewery that was the 5th five-star brewery in the World Sake Brewery Ranking 2021 in which 643 breweries participated ✨Steady deliciousness 🍶.
Junmai Ginjo-shu made from 100% Gin-no-Iroha sake rice grown in Miyagi Prefecture. I have the impression that many of the sake brewed with Gin-no-Iroha are marketed as raw sake, but this sake is probably fire-aged 🍶.
It is a perfect sake for a meal with a good balance of mildness, umami, and fruity flavors that are typical of fire-aged sake ✨.
This is a test brew with a limited run of 140 bottles shipped.
Although it is made with 70% polished rice, it has a gorgeous aroma with little cloying taste and is full of delicious rice flavor 🍶.
