As the name "Kuradashi Genshu" suggests, it has the same richness and flavor as when tasted at a sake brewery. I have never tasted it at a sake brewery, so this is just my imagination 💧. Tenjo Yumegen" is one of the brands that led me to know how good sake is. It is as expected.

Today we have a sake from Akita Prefecture. The rice has a good flavor and sweetness, with just the right amount of acidity to make it fruity and delicious 🍶. This is a cosy one for about 1,300 yen 🎵.

Mizutoriki吟のいろは特別純米

I have been drinking "MIZUTORIKI" well since the beginning of this year. It is a sake from Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture. It is stable fruity and full-bodied, yet mellow and delicious 🍶. I've recently been drinking sake from various breweries brewed with Miyagi-born sake rice, Gin no Iroha, and I like it a lot ✨.

The brewery is located in Ara-machi, Wakabayashi-ku, Sendai City, probably the closest to Sendai Station. It is a low-alcohol nigori sake with a rice polishing ratio of 60% and an alcohol content of 13%. It is a low alcohol type nigori sake with a mellow, fruity taste. I bought it at the brewery's store, and with the permission of the clerk, I was allowed to take a picture with the brickwork behind the cash register in the background 📸.

Junmai Ginjo-shu brewed with "Gin-no-Iroha", Miyagi Prefecture's sake brewing rice, born in 2021. It is refreshing yet mildly delicious when drunk at a slightly cooler temperature than room temperature.

Seasonal sake limited to Miyagi Prefecture🍶 "To-bottle-tori", a luxurious construction in which only the portion that naturally drips from the weight of the mash is bottled(^-^). The fruity taste is typical of Miyakanbai and the richness of ori (rice cake). It is delicious.

Collaboration sake between Hakurakusei and the Aratashi Rock Festival held in Kawasaki Town, Miyagi Prefecture, where the brewery is located🍶. It is a bit darker and more drinkable than the usual Hakurakusei. Pine? It is fruity and delicious.

As part of the MIYAGI TRYANGLE project, three breweries in Miyagi Prefecture (Kenkonichi, Haginotsuru, and Koganezawa) and the sake specialty store "Mutoya" collaborated to produce this sake. This time, we had Koganezawa's Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu. The sake rice is 100% Miyamanishiki from Miyagi Prefecture🌾. It is beautiful and fruity, but since it is unfiltered, it has a strong flavor and richness, and is extremely delicious. Personally, I like to chill it in the refrigerator and then bring it back to room temperature for a little more umami and mellowness.

From autumn to winter, various breweries release various seasonal sake such as hiyaoroshi, shinzake, shiboritate, etc. However, drinking the local year-round sake brings me back to the beginning. It's good. It's good. It's a year-round product, but the taste may change depending on when it's bottled. It would be interesting to enjoy the difference.

This is Urakasumi "Zen" with its dusty illustrations. The balance of flavor, sweetness, and acidity is well balanced, and the wine is refreshing and fruity, but also has a good taste. In my opinion, this is the perfect sake to give as a gift.

I compared it with Urakasumi Zen, a seasonal raw version of Junmai Ginjo sake. The ingredients and the rice polishing ratio are the same, so the core taste is the same, with a good balance of rice flavor and clean fruity taste, but at its height in spring, the aroma is more gorgeous and the taste is fresher (^^)

Today, I would like to introduce you to a variety of sake from a brewery in Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture, which was the setting for the morning drama "Welcome Back Monet". It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, fruity, sweet, and a bit of bitterness, which I like in a good balance (^^)
