The first sip is easy to drink!
As you continue drinking, the aroma is mildly fruity, but the alcohol content is a solid 15%. It's like a carbonated rice wine!
It also has the sensation of drinking a 5% Saint's Swiss, which bugs me.
Carbonation in sake is amazing!
I would like to try it with sweet sake!

We worked hard to GET it, and now we are delighted with it. It was gorgeous yet beautiful and well-balanced, and the three of us opened it right away.

Isobojiman Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Nama-nama Sake
We visited the restaurant for Isojiman, purchased the owner's recommendation and said we could enjoy the change by drinking it slowly.
Good on the first day, full of flavor.
I felt it was not fruity. However, it has a delicious rice flavor that lingers in the mouth.

Tasyuu Gin Karuboshi
One week after opening the bottle, the sweet and tasty sensation has increased greatly and it is delicious. The alcohol feeling at the end has faded and it has become easy to drink.
I also feel that storing it in a vacu-ban has helped.
