Senkori Sparkler The aroma is melon-like, and it is already delicious. It is sweet, but the acidity is clearly expressed, making it easy to drink and crisp. It was a quintessentially delicious sake. I will drink it again next year!

Tasake microBubble Raw The first sip is easy to drink! As you continue drinking, the aroma is mildly fruity, but the alcohol content is a solid 15%. It's like a carbonated rice wine! It also has the sensation of drinking a 5% Saint's Swiss, which bugs me. Carbonation in sake is amazing! I would like to try it with sweet sake!

Wakanami Junmai Ginjo Following the Jukinmu Sparkling and Nami Label, Wakanami, which I have been into recently! It has a solid feel, yet it's easy to drink. Fruity and sharp. I would be happy if I could drink this everyday.

Reunited with a friend who changed jobs after a long time. We worked hard to GET it, and now we are delighted with it. It was gorgeous yet beautiful and well-balanced, and the three of us opened it right away. I wanted to leave it for a day, but I couldn't help it.

Another bottle today, A bottle of Koryu, which I was curious about. I got it from a set of sake from a liquor store that I work for. Daimine: Summer's coming Drank at a very low temperature on the first day, it was sweet, too sweet! After a couple of days in the vacuvin, it settled down and was sweet and tasty! It is a good summer sake to drink alone.

Wakanami Shuzo: Jushinmu Sparkling It is delicious! Even my wife, who doesn't often drink sake at home, said it was delicious. It has a fruity taste, but the moderate carbonation made it easy to drink. I will repeat this. I will also try the rumored Honjozo.
