It is a bit thick and dark in color, as is typical of Junmai. When I put it in my mouth, I thought it was sweet! I thought it was sweet when I put it in my mouth, but when I drank it down, I felt it was crisp and clean. I enjoyed it with fried yellowtail kama (yellow tail) as a side dish, but I think it would be better to serve it with a drier sake to wash away the fat.

Totally dry! It was quite spicy, so I preferred it cold to lukewarm. Although it was spicy, I could feel the rich flavor from the moment I put it in my mouth until I drank it down, and I thought, "Namimoto Junmai...! I thought. The side dish was boiled baby flounder! It was cooked beautifully!

It's just like the word "aromatic dry" on the bottle! It has a delicious flavor and a clean aftertaste that won't let you down with dried fish or other flavorful snacks, making it the perfect drink for a day when you're eating solid snacks. It's great to have a hot sake after a winter bath.

I had a kiwi for breakfast just today, and this sake reminds me of that, fruity and gentle. But it has a refreshing aftertaste, and it goes well with snacks.

Dry down the throat! It's a very good sake. I've been eating only sesame mackerel since I came back to Fukuoka, but it's really dry and doesn't have a habit of letting the fat of the fish drain away! But the sweetness and flavor on the tongue is not impersonal.

I couldn't resist using the brand name because it has a connection to my hometown. I'm not a fan of junmai sake, but this is a very clear sake with no bitterness: !!!! It's not a habitual drink. The shop on Nakasu Island called Ito-no-Shiori that served it to us was wonderful.

It's not too dry, but easy to drink. It has a unique aroma...? I enjoyed the strange marriage between the rich tofu and this dish. It seems to go well with sesame mackerel sauce. It might go well with milky and rich snacks.

I fell in love with it after comparing 10 different kinds of sake at Niigata Station's Ponzakeikan. I bought a bottle for the first time in my life. It was dry and umami, easy to drink and had a nice aftertaste. It was recommended to be served warm, but I preferred to drink it in a chilled glass.
