Hmmm, this was the lowest tasting one so far.
Of course, it's just not my favorite!
It was dry and had a strong alcohol taste.
I really feel that Niigata is all about this direction.
I think this is probably the way to go. すみcotI fell in love with it after comparing 10 different kinds of sake at Niigata Station's Ponzakeikan. I bought a bottle for the first time in my life.
It was dry and umami, easy to drink and had a nice aftertaste. It was recommended to be served warm, but I preferred to drink it in a chilled glass. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
