I fell in love with it after comparing 10 different kinds of sake at Niigata Station's Ponzakeikan. I bought a bottle for the first time in my life.
It was dry and umami, easy to drink and had a nice aftertaste. It was recommended to be served warm, but I preferred to drink it in a chilled glass.
