I couldn't resist using the brand name because it has a connection to my hometown. I'm not a fan of junmai sake, but this is a very clear sake with no bitterness: ！！！！ It's not a habitual drink.
The shop on Nakasu Island called Ito-no-Shiori that served it to us was wonderful.
