It has a rich, orthodox ginjo aroma followed by a crisp, clean taste. I thought it would have an atmosphere that would appeal to those who like dry sake. However, since it is a tobidori, the price is quite expensive...
It has a slight yellow tinge. It is different from "sweet sake," but I was surprised to find it tasted like brown sugar and cotton candy. It was delicious.
It may not be interesting, but it has a very clean taste that has been polished off. It is not overly polished and sharp, but has just the right balance of being mellow without losing its roundness.
