はるIt has a rich, orthodox ginjo aroma followed by a crisp, clean taste. I thought it would have an atmosphere that would appeal to those who like dry sake. However, since it is a tobidori, the price is quite expensive... はるIt has a slight yellow tinge. It is different from "sweet sake," but I was surprised to find it tasted like brown sugar and cotton candy. It was delicious. はるIt may not be interesting, but it has a very clean taste that has been polished off.
