Today we are drinking a sake that we received last week. I had never heard of this brand and this is the first time I have had it. It is easy to drink and refreshing, just like a daiginjo. It has a sweetness, but I prefer it to have a little more richness.

This week it is Haze Romain. I thought it might be too sweet because of the pink label. Not as sweet as I thought it would be, crisp and sizzling! Easy to drink. My wife liked it better than last week's Sengoku. It is so easy to drink that I think I will drink too much tonight.
