It has been a while since I have had Hokkaido sake. When I lived in Sapporo I used to drink Kunimeki and Otokoyama when I lived in Sapporo. This is my first time drinking Sanzen Sakura! It is a very strong sake, but at the same time It is a sake that is strong and assertive, but at the same time it enhances the taste of food.
