This is a seasonal sake from Doi Shuzo in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
It is made from 55% polished Yamada-Nishiki and brewed with Shizuoka yeast NEW-5, and is characterized by its clean acidity and refreshing aroma.
It is very fruity, refreshing, and delicious.
Junmai Daiginjo Nama-no-Hara Sake. It is fruity and refreshing, and is still a good nama sake. It was sold directly at a liquor store in Odakyu, so I was able to buy it fresh.
This sake is a blend of all sake (blame), including junmai daiginjo, junmai ginjo, special junmai, dry sake, and special honjozo.
As it is called "Aki-agari," the label also has a nice autumnal design. It is thick, shows various aspects, and is very tasty.
