Today, 4/30, a small-brewed, raw sake Junmai Daiginjo Hananomai "Sho" is on sale. I bought it as soon as the main store opened. I was very satisfied with the various tastings I was allowed to try!
This sake was really the most delicious, with no miscellaneous flavors and the clean, easy drinking, clear feeling of wine yeast. I could drink it forever👍.
It is limited to 300 bottles, but I highly recommend this bottle!
