It was about a month ago when I drank it, so my memory is a little hazy 💦, but I think it was clean, fresh, and refreshing. Anyway, I remember it was delicious. Unfiltered Nama Sake Rice used: 100% Mizuho Kogane from Aizu Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content: 16%.

Rice polishing ratio 59 Alcohol content 16%. The smoothness on the palate and the mellowness of the taste surprised us. The sweetness of the rice is of course present, and the umami flavor is concentrated. I don't think this is a sake for beginners, but for those who love sake, I highly recommend it. The pop-up sign at the sake shop said it was a "beautiful sake," and after drinking it, I was convinced.

Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Alcohol content: 16%. Polishing ratio 50%. Special Junmai Shirakiku classic Alcohol content: 15%. Polishing ratio 60 I couldn't choose between the two, so I bought both 💦. We compared the Nabeshima and the Nabeshima. On the first day of opening the bottle, I felt there was not much difference in taste, but after the second day, I felt the special junmai ginjo Shirakiku was more refreshing. The Yamada-Nishiki is juicy and delicious, typical of Nabeshima. Both were delicious.

Rice polishing ratio 60%. Alcohol content 14%. Assam plage of Yamada Nishiki, Kame-no-o, and Omachi I've been drinking Senkou only for seasonal products such as Kabutomushi and Snowman, so I don't really know what they tend to taste like yet, but this one is more like wine. It's not alcoholic, it's soft, rather fruity, and easy to drink. It was delicious.

Malted Rice: Ihyakumangoku from Niigata Kake rice: Koshiibuki from Niigata Rice polishing ratio 60%. Alcohol content 14%. According to the website, they insist on 1-stage brewing, unpasteurized sake, and bag pressing. When I drank it about three months ago, it had some sourness, but the sweetness was strong, giving the impression of a sweet, juicy, dessert sake. This time, it was less sweet, more acidic, and refreshing. Both were delicious.
