I couldn't choose between the two, so I bought both 💦.
We compared the Nabeshima and the Nabeshima.
On the first day of opening the bottle, I felt there was not much difference in taste, but after the second day, I felt the special junmai ginjo Shirakiku was more refreshing.
The Yamada-Nishiki is juicy and delicious, typical of Nabeshima.
Both were delicious.
