This is a bottle of Viridian that has been stored for about a year. I was able to get it by chance at a sake store when I first became interested in sake, and I was too lazy to open the bottle. I'm in the hospital to have my wisdom teeth removed, but I'm determined to drink it first thing when I get out of the hospital. I'm going to drink it first thing when I get out of the hospital.

Yesterday was March 7, sauna day. So I went to my usual Omori-yu (♨️) and was lucky enough to see a heat wave master visiting the sauna. It was a wonderful experience, with a tea-scented candle and a fragrant wood smoking the air. I was all set, drank up the Sengoku and opened a bottle of Kubota. It had been a long time since I had had a sake that felt like sake, and I was inebriated. I was so intoxicated by this sake that I hadn't felt so good in a long time. I looked at the bottle more closely and saw that it had 19% alcohol by volume.

It is delicious. It is more starchy than Yukidaruma and is a true dobrok. I think I like it better than Yukidaruma. According to the owner, it tastes better once it is exposed to air, so don't drink it all at once. I'm not going to drink it all at once 😆.

Takoyaki party last night. The knight of the white horse was empty, so I drank some sake.
Umm... it's delicious. All I can say is "delicious. I had a bottle of Kosenzui last year, and it was so good that I decided to have a bottle of Bizen Omachi. I am sure that sake is popular among both sake beginners like me and experienced sake drinkers.... This Omachi is so good, so good!

They call it Bonserve.
It says it is a yogurt liqueur.
Strictly speaking, it is probably not sake.

Sake produced in Japan
This is the sake I think I drank the most last year.
I like to drink it cold.
There are many different versions, but I don't think that the more there are, the better it tastes.
I think that the more versions there are, the more delicious it is.
The one I had this time was the Masuho version, which is called Shi-no-no-jo.
I liked it the best out of the many bottles I drank.
With some Hakkaku I bought in Sapporo, I had a blissful time.
It was a moment of bliss.

We always had a bottle of "Echigo de Doso" red on hand for everyone to drink at New Year's.
