Takoyaki party last night. The knight of the white horse was empty, so I drank some sake. Umm... it's delicious. All I can say is "delicious. I had a bottle of Kosenzui last year, and it was so good that I decided to have a bottle of Bizen Omachi. I am sure that sake is popular among both sake beginners like me and experienced sake drinkers.... This Omachi is so good, so good!

They call it Bonserve. It says it is a yogurt liqueur. Strictly speaking, it is probably not sake. Until last year, it was only distributed in Aomori Prefecture. I picked it up out of fear. Yogurt liquor. Even though I've been into white sake lately, I don't know about that. I'm not sure 😆. Please open the bottle when it is well chilled and shake it well before drinking. Hmmm...it's more of a dessert than a drink. #BonServe #liqueur

Sake produced in Japan This is the sake I think I drank the most last year. I like to drink it cold. There are many different versions, but I don't think that the more there are, the better it tastes. I think that the more versions there are, the more delicious it is. The one I had this time was the Masuho version, which is called Shi-no-no-jo. I liked it the best out of the many bottles I drank. With some Hakkaku I bought in Sapporo, I had a blissful time. It was a moment of bliss.

Repeat after a year. I took it to my company's New Year's party this year for the young girls. They kept saying "Hi, it's delicious, it's delicious, it's delicious. It's as sweet as pineapple juice. I think it is the number one sake that doesn't feel like sake.

We always had a bottle of "Echigo de Doso" red on hand for everyone to drink at New Year's.
