We always had a bottle of "Echigo de Doso" red on hand for everyone to drink at New Year's. This year, of course, however, the family was hit by various epidemics, so the New Year's gathering was cancelled. The label is new this year, but the taste is just as delicious as ever. We are of the generation that thinks of Hakkaisan when it comes to sake. It used to be hard to find, but thanks to the corporate efforts of the brewery, it is now available at convenience stores. Of course, it is difficult to get a special sake like Echigo de Dokoro, but Hakkaisan's regular sake is also very tasty. We are grateful for this wonderful effort.
