The nose is filled with the fragrance of sweet rice and a hint of something fruity or floral. Sweet and pleasant on the tongue with a hint of wood in the finish.
A beautiful floral scent that leads into a not cloying, but slightly sweet flavor with a lovely mouthfeel. It’s the second product I’ve had from the “Heavensake” portfolio, and they’ve both been wonderful.
Fresh and floral and a little grassy on the nose. On the palate there’s something spicy and a touch of alcohol. A nice smoothness, but with a touch of “burn” at the end.
Floral and slightly fruity on the nose, very lively as it hits the palate. Soft and pretty on the tongue and with a touch of sweetness, but not enough to deter me.
Beautiful rice notes on the nose which leads to a nutty, rice quality on the palate. I’m definitely getting the “cashew” that the tasting notes indicate. It’s got a rich body and the flavors explode as you roll it around on your tongue.
Floral, soft and elegant, it’s a true beauty. A light but silky body, it dances on the tongue. A touch of “alcohol bite” in the finish (if it’s too cold), but not enough to detract from its overall beauty. Definitely will buy again.
My first ever sparkling sake. The fact that’s it’s unfiltered gives it a rich taste and a fantastic texture. It also has a bit of sweetness and the fact that it’s undiluted gives it a bit of alcohol bite, but the richness seems to overcome that. A lovely texture on the palate… I’m really enjoying this.
