Purchases from Kochi trip: ✈️ Speaking of Kochi, drunken whales are known as "drunken whales", When we think of drunken whales, we think of ginrei... I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but it's a good idea... It was drier than I expected, just like Kochi, It was the sake I wanted to pair with seafood!

I got it as a souvenir from my trip to Nagano 🍶. I thought it would be a very fruity and gorgeous sake since I heard it was selected for the Best Sake in a Glass of Wine Award, but it was surprisingly mild and full-flavored🤔. Of course I felt the fruity flavor, It was soft and easy to drink!

I went to Ozawa Sake Brewery in Sawanoi 🍶. I bought this aged sake because I heard it was limited in quantity, Gohyakumangoku is known for its crisp and dry taste. but it has a fullness of rice and a sweetness that is different from fruity. Nikko trip purchases: ✈️ It has a firm, full-bodied Junmai type flavor with a slight dryness. It is a little dry with a refreshing flavor of "Gohyakumangoku".
