It was a strong fizzy type with a crown cap.
When I opened the cap, I could feel the sake leaking out.
The carbonation was so strong that it was difficult to taste the alcohol.

It has a unique lactic acid-like flavor that is typical of Takachiyo. It tastes better than the perennial blue label. I want to drink it again next year.
