Katsikoma!
I finally found the Kachikoma I've been longing for!
They only serve Kachikoma to regular customers, but I saw Kachikoma and asked if they had it. I asked them if they had Katsikoma, and they seemed surprised and let me try it!
He even offered me a rare dried shellfish, just in case I liked sake!
It was great, with a fruity melon-like taste with a little bit of sake flavor!

I usually drink Honjozo, but this time I drank Bessen Honjozo!
The taste of the Honjozo was superb!
I like fruity sake, but this is also good!
It has a sake-like taste at the moment you drink it, but then it quickly clears up!
For those who don't like the sake taste, it may be subtle, but I think you can taste the flavor of sake!

What can I say? The aftertaste is amazing. Too beautiful.
It's fruity, but I don't think it's some kind of fruit, I think it has a gorgeous fruity quality.
I think I could drink a bottle really easily.
I will drink some more because I can't stop looking forward to the changes tomorrow.
I don't know much about sake, so I'm just saying what I think! LOL!

I drank it in a week, but I think the taste has changed a lot.
