Sake from Nara
It is said to be brewed with a sake rice called Rohafu. What does it mean? I have never heard of this sake rice before.
It was delicious.
So-tan-san. Good morning 😃.
Sake rice is read as it is "Tsuyu Hakaze".
It is a rice produced only in Nara prefecture and seems to be a difficult variety to grow. It is also used in Kaze no Mori, so please try it.
It was a combination with Tobiroki, but it was a brand I was interested in, so it was convenient.
I think this liquor store has a good sense of how to combine bottles.
Iwanoi - Japanese sake brewed with ultra-hard water
It is said that this sake is easily accepted by wine lovers because it is made with hard water, but, as I see, I could not tell the difference to that extent.
But it was a fresh and delicious sake 😋.
Uchiki Sake Brewery, a local sake brewery.
I happened to be passing by and stopped by.
When I got home, I googled the name of the brewery and was shocked to find out that they had stopped manufacturing their own sake.
The company's website said that they had decided to stop producing their own sake and would be outsourcing the production from now on.
The sake I got was apparently made by the company itself.
Founded in 1776, Asahi Masamune is a brand name for sake as refreshing as the morning sun and a wish for business prosperity.
I took a sip of the cold sake while thinking about Uchiki Shuzo's more than 200 years of history.
Mmmm, it's spicy!
It is a dry sake with a traditional, robust flavor.
No wonder they recommend heating it up. After a while, when the glass is lukewarm, it is much easier to drink than the first sip.
Uchiki Shuzo has been making sake that never goes out of style.
What direction will the brewery take in the future?
Let's drink the rest of the sake heated.
First Shichida ministry.
Saga sake streak.
Checked the label again before posting?
The front label says 50% Yamadanishiki, but the back label says 100% Yamadanishiki.
I was confused as to whether it was 50 or 100, but that was quickly resolved.
It was 100% Yamada-Nishiki, and the rice polishing ratio was 50%.
What is 13?
Well, it's okay. Umakayo.
It was an easy-drinking sake with a clean, dry, light taste.
I would like to try the regular one.
Good evening, Mr. Sotan! I'm so glad to see you here 😄
There are many other delicious brands of Saga sake besides Nabeshima and Shichida! 😆👍There are still more delicious sake in Kyushu, so please visit us 😋😋.
Thanks for the rip, MAJ...
There are still some good sake that I just don't know about. Is the water good in Saga?
I would like to try many other things.
The green bottle is eye-catching.
This does not appear to be a summer sake, but it has a nice cool appearance.
It's a nice partner that is fresh, yet complements the meal well.
