Sake for the first time in a long time.
A sake given to me by a colleague.
It has a strong acidity and richness.
It was delicious.
But I'm so busy. It's Friday, but I don't feel fine.
** I'm so busy.
My son's graduation ceremony in the morning.
In the afternoon, on the way back from a visit to Itabashi, Tokyo, I bought it at a liquor store.
When opened, it is a tasty, clean, non-habit-forming sake with a slight carbonation.
Once the carbonation has worn off, you get to enjoy the robust sake flavor that only daiginjo-namaishu can deliver!
Delicious.
Great costa!

This is one of the items I bought at the beginning of the year.
I don't think I like the sourness and the smell of sake.
It's just a matter of taste.
☆☆☆
I bought this on my way back from strawberry picking in Tochigi last week.
Delicious.
The freshness of fresh sake and the richness of sake go well together.
☆☆☆
At the end of the year, my wife's sister's husband brought it to me.
Dry taste.
The sourness that passes through the nose.
The sake!
The Daiginjo!
The next day we went to Osawa Shuzo.
☆☆☆
I got this sake at my wife's parents' house.
It is sour and delicious.
But I can't remember because I posted it the next day.
I'm going to drink again today, so I'll update again.

This is Junmai Daiginjo.
I bought it at Kyoto station on the way back from a trip to Kyoto.
As soon as I opened the package, a rich aroma spread out.
When you drink it, you will feel the round and rich taste spreading in your mouth, but there is no miscellaneous taste, and it goes away refreshingly.
The label also has a sense of luxury.
You can forget about the bad things.

Yum!
A drink I've been after for a long time.
It's an hour away from my wife's parents' house. They have only three kinds (namaishu, daiginjo and genmaishu) now.
Slightly carbonated. It's sweet, but not too sweet. The rich umami that spreads.
Yum!

Sweet! Good acidity too.
For a moment I thought it was wine.
We had it at my wife's parents' house.
It was generally well received. It is a little too sweet for me.

Long time no sake!
I couldn't bring myself to drink for almost three weeks due to a cold and the second round of vaccines (the side effects from the vaccines were by far the toughest).
Today's sake is one that I bought in Yamanashi. It's a hiyaoroshi, but the description says that it's been stored without heating. It is described as a raw sake.
It is crisp and refreshing, yet it has the fruity taste of raw sake. The acidity is strong, and the aftertaste is clean.
It's drinkable.

The sake we bought yesterday in Yamanashi.
This is the standard sake of this brewery. The brewed sake is not bad.
Dry. Light and refreshing. Refreshing.
It has an alcoholic taste, but it is rather pleasant. The cost is also good. Is the brewed version more suitable for sipping?
It goes well.

Refreshing drink!
We had this at my wife's parents' house.
It was the last one in the bottle, so I think the flavor was a bit lost, but it was still a refreshing sake that was easy to drink and had a cool feeling!

ginjo sake with no added alcohol
This is one that I acquired directly from the brewery on my way back from playing on the beach in Chiba last month.
(It was a splendid shop.)
After much deliberation, I got the Hiyaoroshi!
Great answer. It's like a raw sake. It's slightly carbonated, slightly dry, and refreshing, with a bit of juiciness.
It's good.
