Spring Nigorinpic 56 This is Mr. Tokuwaka from Bandai Osawa who we visited during our brewery tour at the end of last year 😀. One of the fun things about getting sake on a brewery tour is that you can get sake that is limited to the brewery or region that you normally can't buy😇. This Tokuwaka-san is mainly sold at the brewery, so you probably won't be able to get it at all in other areas 😅. I have visited this brewery several times before and was allowed to drink nigori sake at the brewery, but this time I just happened to take home the light nigori that had just been made and bottled the day before and there was no tasting available😇. The brewery had not yet prepared the sake for tasting, so I guess this was the first sake I drank after getting it 🤣. The nigori sakes I've been allowed to drink so far had a less dry taste, but the light nigori, especially the supernatant that was brought to room temperature, had a very robust taste. The nigori sake I was allowed to drink tasted quite dry and restrained 🤣. The lees were very small and didn't cloud up when mixed, but the mixture was very rich and flavorful 😇. It's a pity that this kind of seriously made sake is not released to the world 😅.

Good evening, Yasbaye 🦉. I have never seen this brand 😳and it is quite rare that it is mainly sold in warehouses👍✨It makes me want to go on a warehouse tour when I hear something like this, but it is great that you are able to find a warehouse to go to😊.

Good morning, Yasbaye 🌞I've never heard of this place before 🍶It's exquisitely hard to get to in terms of location, but it's quirky ✨️ I used to work near a brewery in Nada, but I've only had Fukuju and Sensuke 😅.

Hi Pon 😀 I think this sake is probably almost not well-known 😅. But I like this brewery because when I talk to the brewer, he is very polite, kind and serious 😀. Please come to Nada for a brewery tour 😇

Hi Nao888 😀 We always have sake soba at Fukuju-san at the goal every time, but we change the course every time we walk along the way, so there are new encounters and discoveries every time😇. Too bad Senzuke-san is closed on weekends except in winter 🤣.

Hi Robin 😀 It's a small brewery with a nice atmosphere 😇 They charge for tasting, but you can drink a variety of old sake, so you can enjoy it even if you don't buy it 😀. They sell nigori and nigori-sugorori at the end of the year 😀.

Walking Sake Brewery Tour Trip 13 For our second visit today, we moved to Imazu no Hama and went to Tokuwaka 😀. It is a very small sake brewery, but one of my favorite breweries because they have always been polite and kind to me on the few occasions I have been there. Today we had the chance to compare a freshly made nigori sake and a nigori sake that was made last year and left for a year 😀. We had a comparison of the freshly made nigori sake and the nigori sake that was made last year and left for a year 😀. After a year, the taste and color had changed beautifully 😀. And here we also got the light nigori that was just made yesterday😇 They say I am the first purchaser😇. This sake is a rush entry to Nigorinpik 🤣.

Hi Yasubeyesan 😃. It looks like you will be able to refresh your mind with the nice weather today 😆 You are lucky to be the first buyer of the lightly cloudy sake that was just finished yesterday 👏 I bet it tastes great 🥰.

Good evening, HinaHanaMama! This brewery is not so famous, but it is one of my favorite breweries 😀. When the next customer asked for a light nigori, he was told that he was the second one 🤣.

Next stop was Bandai Osawa Sake Brewery in Nishinomiya Township 😀. Here we tasted a 10 year old sake that is not sold at the brewery, and had an unusual blend of daiginjo and junmai sake 😀 It was delicious 😀. It was delicious 😀. I also had a chance to talk with the president of the brewery, and we exchanged lines so that he can contact me when the new sake is ready in the middle of next month 😀.

I bought this "Tokuwaka Junmai Genshu" when I was in Nishinomiya the other day. I can't fully describe the taste. When drunk chilled, the spiciness is more pronounced. When heated up, the spiciness comes through from the deep flavor. I was not sure which way to drink it until the end, but I enjoyed it while interacting with the sake. Bandai Osawa Brewery is located to the east of the Osawa Honke Brewery, which produces Houmusume, and is the southeastmost brewery in Nishinomiya Township. As you can see from the name of the brewery, it is a relative of the Osawa Honke Brewery. The brewery was established in 2005, and as of 2022, it is the newest brewery in Nishinomiya-go, and "Tokuwaka" is a new brand. Osawa Honke Shuzo also changed its name from Osawa Shuzo. Both of these breweries seem to be focusing on original sake. A book I have on hand, titled "Nishinomiya, the City of Sake," which was produced by the Nishinomiya Junior Chamber of Commerce in 1982, does not mention the name of Bandai Osawa Brewing Company. There are 24 sake makers introduced in the book. It is truly a "sake town. But now there are only 10 companies. Even so, new companies and brands are being created, such as Bandai Osawa Brewery, and the individuality of each brewery is apparent. This is the underlying strength of Nishinomiya. Gubi!
