My last choice of the day was a hiyaoroshi of Motomine Tsuru, which I've never drunk before. I'd never heard of a rice called Rayhaw before. I finished it with a hint of maturity and a gentle sweetness.

I've never drunk it before, and I was attracted to the fact that it is an Akishu, so I took it. It's easy to drink because it has a light, mature taste. I can't stop drinking it with Mackerel Sushi... There are many more good drinks in Nara!
