Junmai Ginjo Non-pasteurized The acidity is pleasant and should go well with oil dishes. At first I thought it might be too harsh, but the sake I had before was too refreshing. It's not quite yogurt, but it's a nice sake that's moderately well put together.

Vine squeeze, you have to drink it. The first sip felt sticky and sweet, but as I drank more, I thought it wasn't so bad. I don't feel much of a ginjo aroma. There is no sense of decoration. It is a straight sake. But it is easy to drink. A contradiction.

You can drink it like you breathe it in. There is no unpleasant feeling of alcohol or sake in a bad sense. It is refreshing, free of any unpleasant taste, and can be drunk as much as you like. I take a sip, put the glass on the table, and take another sip. You could drink it indefinitely, couldn't you?
