This is the first bottle I have finished in one day in a long time.
While the gasiness is so strong that it blows the cork out when you open the bottle, the taste is very gentle and you can drink it in one gulp. The name "snow" is in the bottle name, but I wonder if it is a summer sake.
I heard rumors about Urasato Usu nigori (light nigori)
I got it at Kakinuma, which I had always wanted to visit.
It was a beautiful nigori sake that even sake beginners liked.
It was less impactful than the Hitogokochi Nama we had at the store last year.
Perhaps it is better to enjoy the changes in rumen-type sake after opening the bottle.
New Year's sake
I have had a bottle of Abe Junmai Nama Ooragarami ver.
It has almost no nigori-like sweetness, and the flavor of the rice comes out, making it a good mid-meal sake.
The brewery seems to have been badly damaged by the earthquake and tsunami, so I would like to continue to support them by drinking this sake.
Hi 4labe 😃
We love Abe-san too! We don't have a store near us that carries it and have to travel far to buy it 😥 We would like to support you by drinking it.
Miyamanishiki, which I bought in line!
Along with the horse mackerel tataki that I was about to eat.
It tasted too beautiful as usual (I can't remember the details because of the time difference posting).
The annual one.
I had a bottle of the fire-aged version a month ago, and it was delicious with a fresher taste.
The bottle is cool and a bit pricey, but I will keep drinking it.
Tasake-chan I got in Kyoto
Speaking of Tasake
Special Junmai Hanabukiyuki is the only one that wins!
but that was clearly an exaggeration.
I was convinced when I found out that it is a fire-aged version of the zodiac label.
The red label we drove to the brewery to get.
I could feel the sharpness of Aruzoe and the cleanliness of Kamerei.
I usually drink only junmai, but it is too good honjozo.
sghr glass & tokuri and kujukuri set of kangiku danshaku chrysanthemum
Ultra-limited unfiltered unpasteurized sake
Ginjo aroma reminiscent of pineapple
It's a brand you can drink with peace of mind.
If you let it sit for a while, the taste will change.
ORIGAMI
It is still as delicious as last year.
It is the strongest nigori that has both the gorgeousness and sweetness of nigori and sharpness.
I was so impressed with the picture that I gave it all my attention.
