A little out of season, but I got my favorite Obuse stocked up at my favorite store!
This sake is made with a mixed fermentation of KONKA 1~6 yeast and natural fungi, with a rice polishing ratio of 70%.
It's hard to remember the name...
It has a strong, powerful, mellow taste, but you can drink it without getting tired of it.
The Obuse sake I've had so far has been very floral, so I think this one is a little different.
But what is delicious is delicious.
