Delicious! It tastes great chilled, but as it gets to room temperature, it becomes richer and richer...thanks for the Ise pilgrimage souvenir!

The second bottle of this month's hanpukai. The description said it was an extremely rare gem, It exceeded my expectations. The bottle was opened with a splash and was cloudy white with an alcohol content of 11%. Delicious!

Purchased at Yamagata Red Gate. As the days went by, it turned into a fruity, easy-to-drink favorite. The brother explained that a portion of the proceeds would be sent to the Shirafuji Sake Brewery in Wajima City, the brewer of "Okunoto no Shirakiku," which was certified as totally or partially destroyed by the Noto Peninsula earthquake. Rice: 100% Fukushima Prefecture-produced Yumen no Kou Yeast used: Association No. 6 yeast + F7-01 Alcohol content: 15%.

I received this wine in the second round of the 2024 hanpukai. Easy drinking, fruity, low alcohol type. The brewery is located 500 meters above sea level among the mountains of the Chugoku Mountains. They use Hiroshima brewing rice and soft Hiroshima brewing water! It was very tasty.
