This sake is only available at the Sake Brewery Exhibition Hall.
There are several other kinds of sake, and I tasted and selected all of them (^_^;)
There was almost no ginjo aroma, but a huge citrus aroma (◎_◎;)
No sweetness, but sourness and umami of 100% Hitomebore.
This aroma was produced by the ingenious use of yeast.
