Rich sweetness like banana, dense mouthfeel to sourness.
Refreshing sweetness and rich umami.
Good sharpness.
I heard they also sell "Junmai Ginjo Tojo Yamadanishiki" so I would like to compare the two 😋 but I don't think my stupid tongue would be able to tell the difference 😂.
