I bought it with the CEL24 yeast, expecting a pineapple like turtle fountain, but it wasn't quite right. Sweet syrup, and finally the astringency of pineapple. But as time goes on in the glass, the pineapple slowly comes closer and closer. Unlike the turtle fountain, I wonder if the pineapple will come out with time. But the astringency is stronger here, I guess. Expect the next day.
